"Software Services" is defined in the Humankind MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AND LICENSE AGREEMENT and means all of our web-based applications, tools and platforms that you have subscribed to under an Order Form or that we otherwise make available to you, and are developed, operated, and maintained by us or a designated URL, and any ancillary products and services, that we provide to you. When you use the Software Services, Humankind processes Personal Data as a processor under the direction of our customers. Our customers, as data controllers, are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to collecting their customers’ Personal Data using the Subscription Service.
Information We Process on Behalf of Customers When they Use the Software Service
When customers use our product, they may collect Personal Data such as first and last name, and phone number, or other information about you. We call the information that our customers submit or collect via the product ‘Customer Data’ under our Customer Terms of Service.
We do not control the content of our customers' webpages or the types of Personal Data that our customers may choose to collect or manage using the Software Services. We store our customers' information on our service providers' servers but process it as a processor under our customers’ instructions and in accordance with our Customer Terms of Service, which prohibit us from using the information except as necessary to provide and improve the Software Services and as required by law.
Our customers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating the information they process using the Software Services and for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the Personal Data to Humankind for processing purposes. You may contact them via their website or other preferred communication service. Any communication sent to Humankind about them will be forwarded to them as the data controller and per their contract terms.
Information We Collect and Process When You Use the Subscription Service Aggregate Information
From time to time, we may collect general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Site and the Service, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page, and which hyperlinks, if any, they “click” on. Retention of Personal Information
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is applicable by law. We will make good faith efforts to delete the data if you contact us by following the instructions at the beginning and at the end of this Privacy Policy, provided Humankind is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re surfing the web. Web servers, the computers that “serve” web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. Company collects IP addresses for purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to third parties and to track the use of the Site. When visitors request pages from the Site or click on a link in a mailing sent through the Service our servers log the visitors’ IP addresses. We reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify a visitor or list member when it will enhance the user's experience or if we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the Site’s policies or to protect Company, the Site, its visitors, the Service, our Internet Service Provider partners, the list members or others.

Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Humankind and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers. Opt-out of Communications
If you no longer want to receive certain communications from our Clients via text message, simply reply STOP (or as otherwise instructed) to the text message. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from service-related correspondence from our Clients, such as messages relating to your account transactions.

We will send you service-related announcements, which are not promotional in nature, on occasions when it is necessary to do so. For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send you email notification. You do not have an option to opt out of these emails.

Humankind, Inc platform has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Humankind, Inc.’s Client (the data controller).
